Mr. William Tyler Fay, age 17 of Hartwell, Ga., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta - Scottish Rite surrounded by his loving family.

Tyler was born on December 2, 2000 in Atlanta, Ga. He is the son of Kelly Kahn Fay and Donny Seymour, Mark Fay and LeeAnn Chastain. He was the founding member of the Kandoo Ministry for Special Needs children and families at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and also of the first families for CSP (Connections for Special Parents) of Northeast Ga.

Tyler is survived by his parents, siblings:; Landon Fay, Georgia and DJ Seymour and Preston and Skylar Chastain; Grandparents:; Larry and Lawana Kahn, Tommy and Diane Fay and Gail and Denny Seymour Sr.: Aunts and Uncles:; Jenny (Jeremy) Phillips, Mickey (Sheree) Davenport, Carolyn (Doug) Chamblee, Nancy (Tom) Tait, Denny Seymour Jr (Wendy), Scott (Amanda) Maurnich and Misty Seymour. Cousins:; Tatum Phillips, Leah Davenport, Jayce Bagwell, Brayden and Kylie Seymour, Haylee, Hayden and Hadley Maurnich.

Tyler was proceeded in death by Great grandparents: Ed and Hazel Teague, Joseph and Bernice Kahn, Thomas Fay, Billy and Dewis Cleveland and cousin Logan Davenport.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at two o'clock at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Bowman, Georgia with Rev. Jason Webb, Rev. John Todd and Dr. Chris Prichett officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Hartwell, Ga. The family will receive friends Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 6-8pm at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors in Hartwell, Ga.
