Martha was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Elberton and past member and president of the Elberton Country Club and Iris Garden Club. Martha was an avid golfer who won many tournaments. She was a passionate gardener who so graciously opened her beautiful gardens to generations of young people to enjoy for photos during any event imaginable.
